COURSE CONTENT
Week 1 The fundamental basis of a partnership. Getting in touch with each other. Role-playing in relationships and how to let your roles go.
Week 2 Conflicts, false expectations and tensions in your relationship. Practical ways to resolve problems once and for all with Lucidity.
Week 3 The feeling of true love. How to recognise and cultivate that loving feeling from day to day.
Week 4 Love, sex and Lucidity. Experience sexuality in a new way. Bring devotion and fulfilment into your life.
| All we need is love! But we are not born with the innate ability to find it, to cultivate a long-term, close and happy relationship, and to develop a fulfilling sex life, and these are not things that are taught in schools. In fact, lasting love is a privilege that seems to have become rare in Western society.
This online course looks at the anatomy of a relationship, how strong partnerships are formed and maintained and how, after the first flush of romantic love is gone, you can transform your relationship, going ever deeper together in trust and contentment. You will learn how to resolve relationship and emotional problems, how to find an equilibrium in your partnership without suppressing your partner or yourself, how to find closer sexual intimacy, and how to overcome practical daily-life obstacles by making lucid, responsible decisions. When you finish this course you will see your relationship more clearly through the lens of Lucidity. You will understand in greater depth what causes conflict, disharmony and discontent, you will be able to move closer to your loved-one, grow together in understanding and empathy, start to enjoy a relationship that is everything you want it to be. The course is offered to all those interested in cultivating love, contentment and a deeply intimate sex life. LGBT participants are warmly welcomed. |
THE AUTHOR
Dirk de Sousa, psychological counsellor, author
