This Privacy Notice explains how Lucidity AG collects and uses the personal data that you provide us from an enquiry, when you take the LQ test, attend a course or seminar or place an order via the Lucidity website.

Lucidity AG – Bahnhofstrasse 21, 6300 Zug, Switzerland – is the controller of your personal data.

If you have expressed interest in what Lucidity AG provides

You provide us with your contact information via telephone, email, social media, at a meeting or event or via the Lucidity website. We use this to respond to your enquiry and provide you with additional information about our service. The processing is done on the basis of legitimate interests.

When you sign up to receive our newsletters

We use the email address you provide us so that, with your consent, we may send you our newsletters. The processing is done on the basis of consent, which we will get from you before we send the newsletters.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link included at the bottom of each of these emails or by contacting us directly.

We use MailChimp to send newsletters and to manage who receives them. Do review the Mailchimp privacy policy to get further information on how they store and process your personal data.

We keep your email address indefinitely as when you unsubscribe we need to mark this against your email address.

If you attend one of our workshops, courses or seminars or take part in an online forum discussion

When you book to attend a workshop, course or seminar we will use the contact information you provide to process your registration and communicate with you about the event. The processing is done on the basis of fulfilling a contractual obligation.

If the workshop, course or seminar is held at a specific location we will share your contact information with the location provider. Should they require any further details (such as dietary requirements) we will ask you for these and get your consent for us to share them with the location provider. We store this additional information for one year after the date of the event.

For online events and forums we use Moodle. Please review their privacy notice for how they store and process your personal data.

Fulfilling an order you make on the Lucidity website

When you place an order via the Lucidity website or by contacting us directly you provide us with your contact information. We use this to fulfil your order. The processing is done on the basis of fulfilling a contractual obligation.

Payment is processed by Paypal via the WordPress Paypal plugin. At no time do Lucidity have access to your credit card or Paypal details.

If you take the LQ Test

We collect your name, email address, date of birth and gender when you sign up to take the LQ test.

In instances in which you are working with a practitioner, your result(s) will be shared with your practitioner based on the agreement you have with them.

We store your contact information separately from the responses you provide when you take the LQ test.

Your result(s) are generated automatically by the Lucidity test system. If you have any queries about the how the result was reached, then contact us using the details listed below and we will ensure you have a response within a reasonable amount of time.

You may also request that we remove your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details listed below. We will do so as soon as reasonably possible once we have received your request. The anonymised test results will be retained for statistical purposes.

Who do we share your information with?

Your practitioner has access to your results as agreed between you and them.

Lucidity external service providers may also have access to your information. Along with the service providers detailed above:

• This website is managed by external developers, and they sub-contract the web hosting to another company. Both providers are located in Germany.
• The LQ test site is managed by a developer based in Germany. The site is based in a data centre, also in Germany.

We may be required to share your personal details for a legal obligation we have to comply with, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another individual.

We do not sell or rent information about you to anyone.

Your Rights

You have a number of rights regarding the personal information we collect and use. For the personal data we hold about you these are:

• to find out the details of what information we currently hold about you;
• to have inaccurate personal data corrected;
• to request that someone looks at the results of the LQ test you have completed;
• to require that we remove you from the list of people to whom we send our newsletter;
• to request the restriction of processing of your personal data in the event that you dispute the accuracy of the data; processing is unlawful but you decline its erasure and we no longer need the data but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims; or you have submitted an objection to processing;
• to request we erase the personal data associated with any LQ test you have completed.

You may exercise any of your rights in relation to your personal data by contacting us as detailed below.

Should you think that we have not addressed your requests or have concerns about how we handle your information, you also have the right to lodge a complaint. Generally, you can contact the supervisory authority for your usual place of residence or place of work or our registered headquarters for this purpose.
